| 电动滚筒，是一种将电机和减速器共同置于滚筒体内部的新型驱动装置。它主要应用于固定式和移动式带式输送机、替代传统的电动机，减速器在驱动滚筒之外的分离式驱动装置。 The electric roller is a new type of driving device which places the motor and reducer together in the drum body. It is mainly used in fixed and mobile belt conveyor to replace the traditional motor, and the reducer is a separate driving device outside the driving drum. 电动滚筒具有结构紧凑、传动效率高、噪声低、使用寿命长，运转平稳、工作可靠、密封性好、占据空间小、安装方便等诸多优点，并且适合在各种恶劣环境条件下工作。 The electric roller has the advantages of compact structure, high transmission efficiency, low noise, long service life, stable operation, reliable operation, good sealing, small space occupation and convenient installation, and is suitable for working in various harsh environmental conditions. 电动滚筒的分类有四种基本方法。即依据电动机冷却方式，所采用减速器传动结构类型，电动滚筒基本工作环境特征和电机置于滚筒内外这几种方法来将电动滚筒分类。 There are four basic methods for classifying electric rollers. That is, according to the cooling mode of the motor, the type of reducer transmission structure, the basic working environment characteristics of the electric drum and the motor placed inside and outside the drum, the electric drum is classified. 冷却方式 Cooling mode 风冷式电动滚筒 Air cooled electric roller 这种电动滚筒的特点是电动机不用油液冷却，靠传导、辐射和风的对流，又可分为强制风冷和自然风冷两种。 The characteristic of this kind of electric roller is that the motor does not need oil cooling and relies on conduction, radiation and convection of wind. It can be divided into forced air cooling and natural air cooling. 油冷式电动滚筒 Oil cooled electric roller 这种电动滚筒也称为间接油冷式电动滚筒。电动滚筒内有一定的冷却油液，由于滚筒体不停地旋转，筒体上刮油板将油液不停地浇到电动机和齿轮上，带走电动机和齿轮工作时产生的热量，把热量传递到滚筒体壁上，加速电机散热，并对齿轮产生润滑作用。油冷式电动滚筒的关键是电动机内部不允许进入油液。 This kind of electric roller is also called indirect oil cooling electric roller. There is a certain amount of cooling oil in the electric drum.
